We are happy to provide a free written estimate for your project. An estimate reflects our best assessment of scope and cost based on the information available at the time. It is not a contract. Final pricing is confirmed in a written service agreement before any work begins.

The scope of work, final price, payment terms, timeline, and all other job-specific terms are governed by the written service agreement you sign before work begins. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, the written agreement controls.
Workmanship Warranty
Tile of America provides a one-year written workmanship warranty on every installation. Here is exactly what it covers:
What is covered:
- Water leaks in showers and wet areas
- Tile that comes loose or hollow
- Grout that cracks or separates
If any of these conditions occur within one year of your installation date, we will return and repair the issue at no charge.
What is not covered:
- Grout discoloration or staining from cleaning products
- Damage caused by structural movement, settling, or work performed by others
- Chips or cracks resulting from impact
- Normal wear on sealant and caulk lines, which require periodic maintenance in any home
The warranty is provided to you in writing before work begins. Warranty terms in your written service agreement control in all cases. This website description is a summary only.
Text Messaging Terms
