What actually happens when someone comes out?
We look at the space before we say anything about price. That means checking the floor structure, the level, and what the subfloor actually needs. You get a quote that reflects what your job requires, not a number built on assumptions about a room we have not seen.
Is this going to be a hard sell?
No. The visit is a site assessment. We look, we ask questions, we give you a written estimate. If it is not the right fit, we will tell you that too. There is no pressure on either side of the conversation.

What should I have ready before the call?
A few photos of the space help, but they are not required. If you have a rough sense of scope, shower rebuild, floor replacement, both, that is enough to start. The visit itself is where the real detail gets gathered.
What if the job has already had water damage or a previous contractor worked on it?
That is exactly what the site visit is for. Most tile failures on Cape Cod are waterproofing or subfloor problems that were present before the first tile went in. We check the structure first, before anything is quoted or planned.
