Request Received
Marco or someone from Tile of America will read this personally, not a routing service, not a call center.
Tile of America reviews every request in the order it comes in.
The next step is a short call to confirm the details of your project.
We schedule a time to come out and look at the space before preparing your written estimate.
Rather not wait? Call (774) 368-6838 directly and skip the queue.
We look at the space before we say anything about price. That means checking the floor structure, the level, and what the subfloor actually needs. You get a quote that reflects what your job requires, not a number built on assumptions about a room we have not seen.
No. The visit is a site assessment. We look, we ask questions, we give you a written estimate. If it is not the right fit, we will tell you that too. There is no pressure on either side of the conversation.
Yes. Tile of America serves the full Cape and nearby communities: Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, Eastham, Orleans, Chatham, Brewster, Harwich, Dennis, Yarmouth, Hyannis, Centerville, Osterville, Cotuit, Mashpee, Falmouth, Bourne, Plymouth, Sagamore, and Sandwich.
A few photos of the space help, but they are not required. If you have a rough sense of scope, shower rebuild, floor replacement, both, that is enough to start. The visit itself is where the real detail gets gathered.
That is exactly what the site visit is for. Most tile failures on Cape Cod are waterproofing or subfloor problems that were present before the first tile went in. We check the structure first, before anything is quoted or planned.
If you want to understand what goes into a Tile of America installation before we talk, that page walks through the materials and the process in plain terms.
